• Account data: Name, email address, phone number, company name, and business size when you register.
• Business data: Customer records, inventory, invoices, payroll, and other data you enter into the platform.
• Payment data: Billing name and contact. We do not store full card numbers — payment processing is handled by our PCI-compliant partners (Midtrans, Xendit).
• Communications: Messages, support tickets, and feedback you send us.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• IP address, browser type, and device information.
• Pages visited, features used, and time spent in the platform (usage analytics).
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see our Cookie Policy).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Agilify platform.
• Process transactions and send related information (receipts, invoices).
• Send product updates, security alerts, and support messages.
• Respond to your comments and questions.
• Monitor and analyze usage trends to improve user experience.
• Comply with legal obligations under Indonesian law (UU PDP, UU ITE).

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Ever.

4. Data Storage and Retention

Your data is stored on servers located in Singapore (AWS AP-Southeast-1), providing low-latency access from Indonesia. We retain your data for as long as your account is active, or as required by law. Upon account termination, we will delete or anonymize your data within 90 days, unless legally required to retain it.

5. Your Rights

Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP No. 27/2022), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request deletion of your data (right to erasure).
• Object to or restrict certain processing activities.
• Data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.

7. Children's Privacy

Agilify is a business platform and is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of Agilify after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
